When you’re writing copy, sometimes you’ll need to type in symbols or characters which aren’t commonly found on your keyboard; for example, a Euro symbol (€) or copyright symbol (©).
HTML supports these characters with character codes, making it quick and easy to enter them into your site’s copy. Its not always easy to remember the relevant codes however, so heres a short cheat sheet that lists the most common characters alongside the code for them.
